Overview

These cultures and their history helps India, to be a country that almost every person form the other countries, is forced to at-least pay a visit the unmatched India, once in his life time.The vast land of India, have few gems, which is included in this trip itinerary, like Orchha, Jhansi, Khajuraho, Agra, Delhi. These are the destinations, which holds a great importance in the Indian culture and history. Each of the destination holds a different story and has equal importance. Orchha, located in jhansi, is majorly famous for the unique temples which were built in the 16^th and 17^th century, the Jahangir Mahal. Khajuraho, the holy place of India, where unique temples are located, and they are western group of temples like Chausath Jogini temple, Kandariya Mahadev Temple, Devi Jagdamba Temple, Chitragupta Temples, Vishwanath Temples, Laxmana Temple. These temple are visited by lots of local Indians as well as the tourists from all over the world. Also Khajuraho is a UNESCO world heritage site. Without forgetting the Agra, where you can witness the other UNESCO world heritage site, which is the Taj Mahal, made by the Mughal emperor Shahjahan for his beloved wife, Mumtaz, last but not the least, New Delhi. It is not only the capital city of India, but also it holds a long history and has been one of the most changed city over time. This city was rules by many of the kings in the past, and also its name got changed several times.You can see the monument which is there in Delhi since millennium, to a structure which has been constructed recently with all new characteristics.

Itinerary

Day-01

In the morning, arrive at the Indra Gandhi International Airport. Meet our representative there. Transfer to the hotel, check-in. overnight at the hotel, in Delhi.

Day-2

In morning post taking a delicious breakfast at the hotel, start your tour of Delhi by visiting, Raj-Ghat, the cremation premises of Mahatma Gandhi (The Father of The Nation). Then proceed towards Jama Masjid, also past drive the area of Red fort and Chandni Chowk. In Afternoon visit the great piece of architecture designed by Qutub-ud-abik, i.e Qutub Minar, Humayun’s Tomb. Post seeing these wonderful attractions take a step further and reach the area where the amar jawan is lit up i.e India gate where the retreat ceremony also takes place on Independence Day. Then proceed to get the blessing of goddess Lakshmi by visiting the Lakshmi Narayan Temple. Post that Past Drive the Parliament House and the other Government Buildings. Also visit the central hub which is one of the most famous places of Delhi to shop and eat, I.e., Connaught place. Overnight at Hotel in Delhi.

Day-3

In the morning, have a delicious breakfast, then checkout from the hotel, and start your drive towards Jaipur. The gem of Rajasthan is also known as The Pink City. Famous for its culture and rich heritage. Arrive at Jaipur, transfer to the hotel, check-in. Then relax for a while and get comfortable at the hotel, then evening at leisure. Later have a lip-smacking dinner at the hotel in Jaipur. Overnight in the hotel.

Day-4

In the morning, get freshen up yourself, and take a refreshing delicious breakfast at the hotel. Now start the day with visiting the beautiful and magnificent fort Amer Fort, also known as Amber Fort. (Fort located 11 kms approx. from Jaipur main city. Built by Raja Alan Singh in 967AD, later got ruled by the Rajputs.). Later in afternoon, visit the city palace which holds a vital role in making the tourists from all over the world visit Jaipur. (City palace was built by Maharaja Sawai Jai Sing 2). Then witness live the Obeservatory(Jantar Mantar. Which is a sumptuous collection of the 19 astronomical instruments, which were used back in the era. This wonderful piece of attraction was designed and built by Sawai Jai Singh, and is also has its name in the wonders of the world. It has the world’s biggest sundial. After witnessing these master piece, its time now to drive past Hawa Mahal (which is made by red and pink sand stone. Overnight at the hotel.

Day-5

In the morning, have a tasty breakfast at the hotel, the proceed towards the next destination of the trip. After checking out from the hotel in Jaipur. Proceed towards Agra, via visiting Fatehpur Sikri. Visit Fatehpur Sikri which was built by Akbar in 1569, then it was abandoned for 15 years due to scarcity of water, witness the magnificent buildings Including Jama Masjid, Tomb of Salim Chisti, Panch Mahal and Other Places. Later arrive at Agra, transfer to the hotel, check-in. relax for a while. Then visit the of one of the 7 wonders of the world, The Taj Mahal (which was built by Mughal Emperor Shahjehan in 1630 AD for his Queen Mumtaz Mahal to enshrine her mortal remains). Later visit the Agra fort containing, the halls of public & private audience. Followed by the visit to the market, in Agra, where you can shop the favourite items of your choice. Later arrive back to the hotel, and have a delicious dinner at the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel in Agra.

Day-6

In the morning, have a delicious breakfast, then proceed towards. Checkout from the hotel and transfer to the railway station. To board the train, towards Jhasi and drive to Orchha. Arrive at Orchha and see the remains of the Man Mandir Palace, showcasing the beautiful cravings and art of the olden era. Visit the Gujrari Mahal, an archaeological museum showcasing the different sculptures with the help of ruins followed by the temples of Sas-Bahu, Teli-ka-Mandir, and Jai Vilas Palace. Then arrive at Tomb of Gaus Mohommad, followed by the visit to the Mausoleum of Tansen, India’s one of the greatest Musicians and vocalist. Later check-in at the hotel in Orchha, and get comfortable in the hotel. Followed by the dinner at the hotel. Overnight at Orchha.

Day-7

In the morning have a tasty breakfast, then start your drive towards Khajuraho, post checking out from the hotel in Orchha. Arrive at Khajuraho, this place has the temples which dates back in the 16th and 17th era, which were built by the Bundela Kings. Visit the Jahangir Mahal, which is an example of the architecture, a tiered palace crowned by thebeautiful chhatris . Later arrive at the hotel and check-in. get comfortable and relax. Overnight at the hotel in Kahjuraho.

Day-8

In the morning, have a delicious breakfast, then proceed further to pay a visit to the temples of Khajuraho, built by the Chandela Kings pay a visit to now in ruins, the Chausath Yogini Temple dedicated to Goddess Kali, The Mahadev Temple, Chitragupta or Bharatji Temple with a lovely image of 11 headed Vishnu, followed by Nandi Temple, Lakshmana Temple, Vishwanath Temple of Shiva, which is the largest & most typical of temples. Visit the Eastern group of temples that consist of the Parasvanath Temple- the only Jain Temple surviving at Khajuraho and has excellent sculptures on the outer walls of the Sanctum, the Javeri Temple dedicated to Vishnu. Overnight stay in Khajuraho.

Day-9

In the morning, have a delicious breakfast, then transfer to the airport to board the flight to delhi. Arrive at delhi, transfer to the airport. To board the flght back home.
